LICENSE FOR USE OF CURRENT PROCEDURAL TERMINOLOGY, FOURTH EDITION ("CPT® ")

You, your employees and agents are authorized to use CPT only as contained in materials on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) website solely for your own personal use in directly participating in healthcare programs administered by THHS. You acknowledge that AMA holds all copyright, trademark and other rights in CPT.

New LTC User Guide and Item-by-Item Guides for HCS and TxHmL Programs Now Available

The Long-term Care (LTC) Online Portal User Guide and Item-by-Item Guides for Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) Waiver Programs are now available.

Providers can access these new training materials on TMHP’s Learning Management System (LMS) as follows:

Log into the LMS.
Log into an existing account or sign up to create a new account.
Select the appropriate button to view the training materials in a web browser or to download the files for offline use. The training materials will be in Portable Document Format (PDF).

New LMS visitors can access materials and take courses immediately after they register. Providers can always access computer-based training and additional training materials on the LMS.
